https://www.theimaginativemusicstudio.com/) or enrolling in our music lessons and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of TermsBy using our website, booking a lesson, or registering as a student, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Studio Services & Enrollment
Eligibility: We offer music lessons for various instruments and age groups (e.g., private lessons for ages 4 and up, group piano for ages 8 and up).
Registration: Students are not officially placed on the active schedule until an inquiry or trial has been completed, a student registration form has been submitted, and start dates/times have been explicitly confirmed by our team.
Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee of $50 applies to new enrollments.
Year-Round Schedule: Our studio operates year-round based on a calendar year comprising 45 scheduled lessons.Holiday breaks generally align with the Central Valley School District calendar.
3. Tuition, Payments, and Billing
All-Inclusive Tuition: Monthly tuition covers your weekly saved lesson spot, lesson books, printed sheet music, binders, practice incentives, digital app access (e.g., Piano Maestro), and participation in our yearly recital.
Month-to-Month Commitment: Lessons operate on a month-to-month basis. You may discontinue lessons at any time; however,
tuition is non-refundable for the current lesson month.
Billing Variations: Monthly tuition remains consistent regardless of whether a given month contains 4 lessons, fewer (due to holidays), or more (such as months with 5 lessons).
4. Attendance and Make-Up Lesson Policy
No Make-Up Lessons for Student Absences: We do not offer make-up lessons, credits, or refunds for individual student absences or missed lessons.
Teacher Cancellations: In the rare event that a lesson is canceled by the instructor, a make-up lesson or a credit will be provided.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms: If you opt in to receive text messages from The Imaginative Music Studio:
You may receive text notifications regarding your lesson schedule, reminders, studio updates, or account info.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.You can opt out of text messaging at any time by texting "STOP". Message and data rates may apply.
6. Intellectual Property & Website UseAll content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of The Imaginative Music Studio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without explicit prior written consent.
7. Limitation of LiabilityThe Imaginative Music Studio, its owners, and its instructors will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, participation in studio lessons, or attendance at studio events and recitals. Physical attendance at our physical location (404 N. Pines Ste C, Spokane Valley, WA 99016) is at your own risk.
8. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website or enrollment in lessons after changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
